What is it

Intercom is a customer service solution including AI chatbot, help desk and proactive support. The help desk feature has all inbox and ticketing support for better communication with the customers. The chatbot feature offers basic chatbot features with the AI support. The proactive support includes a product tour, tooltips and more to keep the users updated with a product which can be added easily through the interface.
